Complimentary scheduled maintenance coverage for all new Jaguar models covers factory-recommended scheduled maintenance as detailed in the Passport to Service for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first. A service interval indicator will appear to tell you when necessary vehicle maintenance needs to be scheduled. Consult your Passport to Service schedule. In order to receive scheduled vehicle maintenance, you must bring your vehicle to an authorized Jaguar Retailer within 1 month or 1,000 miles of the scheduled maintenance interval. Customers who do not bring their vehicle to an authorized Retailer within the required time for scheduled maintenance may not receive the missed interval service.

Jaguar InControl®, a suite of connected car features and apps, is the technological heart of the cabin experience, delivering precise environmental control, navigation, entertainment and security as well as connectivity to the world. Depending on the InControl features you have purchased, you need to create an account and activate your selected InControl services.

The Jaguar Vehicle Protection Plan allows you to benefit from continuing peace of mind after your existing new vehicle limited warranty expires. If you own a Jaguar car with 1,000 miles AND 30 days remaining of the new vehicle limited warranty and would like to maintain the reassurance and protection against unexpected repair costs, please contact your local authorized Jaguar Retailer for the Jaguar Vehicle Protection Plan. This comprehensive coverage provides protection against costly repairs due to mechanical failures. From engines and suspensions to heating/cooling and electrical, the Jaguar Vehicle Protection Plan covers the majority of components originally covered by the new vehicle limited warranty. In the event that covered repairs are performed by the Retailer that sold you the Service Agreement, or any other authorized Jaguar Retailer, the deductible will be one hundred ($100) dollars. For repairs performed by any other repair facility, the deductible will be two hundred and fifty ($250) dollars.

Stolen Vehicle Locator is Jaguar Land Rover's Stolen Vehicle Locator Service. In the event of your vehicle being stolen, you can contact the InControl tracking center and with the support of the authorities, they will track your vehicle and support recovery efforts. By having Stolen Vehicle Locator activated you may qualify for a discount on your insurance premium. Please check with your insurer. In the event of your vehicle being moved illegally, you need to contact the police and file a police report, then contact Stolen Vehicle Center immediately using the pre programmed phone number on the Assistance Screen in your smartphone App and they will liaise with the police to pinpoint the exact location of your vehicle. If you believe your vehicle has been stolen, call the Stolen Vehicle Center directly from your InControl Remote Smartphone App or the telephone number which can be found on the InControl owner’s section of www.jaguarusa.com Stolen Vehicle Locator is available in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as in Canada.
