Available Trim Levels and Options
- 1500 Cargo Van: This trim is available with an 8-foot cargo length and a 118-inch wheelbase with a standard roof or a 10-foot cargo length and a 136-inch wheelbase with a standard or high roof. As the entry-level trim, it is the most affordable option but still offers 10 exterior colors, 2 interior colors, and medium-duty suspension.
- 2500 Cargo Van: This van comes in a 10-foot cargo length and 136-inch wheelbase and either a standard or high roof, or a 12-foot cargo length and 159-inch wheelbase with a high roof. As the first of two in the mid-range, this trim takes advantage of heavy-duty anti-lock four-wheel brakes with brake assist and heavy-duty suspension.
- 2500 Window Van: This version is only available with a 12-foot cargo length and 159-inch wheelbase, and a high roof. It is the smallest of the window vans and carries a maximum payload of 3,940 lbs. with a top towing capacity of 6,480 lbs.
- 3500 Cargo Van: This trim comes in a 10-foot cargo length with a 136-inch wheelbase and either a standard or high roof. The 12-foot version has a 159-inch wheelbase and high roof. The 13-foot version has a 159-inch extended wheelbase and a high roof. It accommodates up to 463 cubic feet of cargo with a maximum payload of 4,330 lbs. And maximum towing at 6,410 lbs.
- 3500 Window Van: This van only has a 13-foot cargo length, 159-inch extended wheelbase, and a high roof, making it the biggest of all the window vans. The 6-foot 5-inch high ceiling makes it easier for riders to move around inside, especially if this vehicle is used as passenger transport with multiple rows of seats inside.
- 3500 Chassis Cab: This workhorse comes with a 10-foot cargo length and 136-inch wheelbase, a 12-inch cargo length and 159€ wheelbase, or a 13-foot cargo length and 159-inch extended wheelbase. It allows for various upfits on its 78-inch rear track but does not offer access to the upfit from within the cab.
- 3500 Cutaway Cab: This option also uses a 10-foot cargo length and 136-inch wheelbase, a 12-foot cargo length and 159-inch wheelbase, or a 13-foot cargo length and 159-inch extended wheelbase. Because of the cutout in the rear of the cab, you can easily enter the interior of any upfits directly from your driver's seat.

Exterior Overview
Depending on the configuration you choose, the 2021 Ram ProMaster allows convenient access to the interior cargo area through rear doors that swing by up to 260 degrees to an opening up to 60-inches wide but fold almost flat against the van's side. Available sliding doors open up to 49-inches and allow entering through the sides. A load floor height of only 21-inches eases loading and unloading. You can decorate the exterior with custom graphics that advertise your business.
