- 3500 Cargo Low Roof 136 WB: This configuration is ideal for workers who need to moving gear and cargo around with an extra sense of security. Plumbing and HVAC upfit packages are available.
- 3500 Window Van High Roof 159WB EXT: This configuration offers mostly similar features to the cargo van models, except it sports deep-tinted windows around the back, which provide greater visibility for the driver.
- Chassis Cab 136WB/81 CA: The chassis cab provides the foundation of a customized work vehicle with a closed backside. Popular upfits include Service Body, Gooseneck, and KUVcc.
- 3500 Cutaway 136WB/81 CA: The cutaway offers mostly similar features to the chassis cab models but with one key difference: the back of the vehicle is open instead of closed.
